Above prices are for houses made of hardwood or metal outer walls and does not include inside finishing. The total cost price includes installing the house on 6x6 hardwood post, with floor height at 3 feet. Houses come with box frame windows with locks and removable screening, glass louvers, Mahogany doors and without steps. With an additional cost we do inside walls, wiring, lights, install toilets, shower stalls and wash hand basins. We can also lift your house to your desired height. We require a 50% down payment to place an order. The rest before the house leaves our yard. If order is cancelled or changed 10% of the value of the house will be withheld. Houses will be moved at our risk.

Houses come with box frame windows, mahogany doors with entry locks, and steps according to the list. For an additional cost we do inside walls, electrical wiring, lights, install flush toilets, shower stalls, wash-hand basins, and kitchen cabinets. We can also raise your house to your desired height. Payment terms: 50% with order, balance before completed house leaves our yard. If an order is cancelled or changed, 10% of the value of the house will be withheld. Houses are moved at our risk.
