This very quiet Sunset Villas development has approximately 2,000 feet of shoreline on the Four Mile Lagoon. The waterfront consists of a combination of small natural sandy bottoms and mangrove growths. Four Mile Lagoon, Belize Sunset Villas Property Location:

Belize is located in Central America just south of Mexico. By air, it is about 2 hours from Houston and Miami. Our waterfront development is located about 90 miles north of the Belize City International Airport and 5 miles north of Corozal, Belize. The town of Corozal has shops, medical, schools, churches, etc., the larger Mexican city of Chetumal, MX is 15 miles north with big box stores and US style mall, larger medical facilities, etc. Chetumal also has a major airport. We are about 250 miles south of Cancun, MX. Belize's famous barrier islands and Caribbean Sea are 35 miles east across the Bay of Chetumal. The Belize Free Trade Zone is nearby with shops, hotels, and casinos.

United, American, Delta, Southwest, Air Canada, and WestJet Airlines all make flights to Belize City from the USA and Canada. Copa, Aviance, and Tropic Air also fly to and from Mexico and other Central American cities. Tropic and Maya Air fly within Belize. From our northern Belize location, some also fly Interjet to the USA from the near-by Chetumal Airport. There are also a number of daily flights between Corozal and both Belize City and San Pedro on Ambergris Caye. And there are daily boats from Corozal to Ambergris Caye.
